Michael Moran Real Estate Investor since 1992. I started my real estate carreer in the appraisal business in 1986, moved into the mortgage business in 1996. In 2006-08 I began incorporating short refi's, loan modifications, and short sales into my business. My goal is to buy as many upside down properties as possible. I want to do my part in reducing the inventory surplus. 2006 Quantex Properties LLC was created to deal specifically with pre foreclosure properties. Now in 2009 it is exclusively buying unwanted over leveraged homes "Short Sales".
